The proposal focused on the development of an urban platform along Weizmann route - the historical back bone of the city structure, aiming to restore vitality to the deteriorating downtown public space. The scheme proposed a diverse mixture of urban activities utilizing existing resources and strengthening the potential of hidden gems around the city center towards a walkable, compact and intense urban fabric. The design methodology included a combination between innovative modern lifestyle and the unique spirit of the communal atmosphere through the implementation of urban sustainability values on a broad vision.
